About Jeff Adams

Jeff and his wife, Cheryl have two married daughters, four grandchildren, and two great-children, as well as several informally “adopted daughters” from various places and backgrounds. Jeff and Cheryl have called four countries home during their 50+ years of marriage and currently reside in Kanas City, Missouri.

Dr. Adams holds an M.S.L. and Ph.D and is the author of several books in Spanish and English. In whatever position he serves and wherever he is in the world, Jeff’s heart is to equip leaders to be the best version of themselves. He has worked with individuals, nonprofits, ministries, businesses and other organizations as an international conference speaker, educator, trainer, coach, and consultant in issues related to leadership, personal development, culture, and language in approximately 70-80 countries on six continents. He is equally at home in English and Spanish and can very marginally purchase a cup of coffee or a beer in a few other languages on a good day. Jeff and Cheryl enjoy good food, good wine, good friends, good coffee, and travel. Ideally, all together!

About Mary Wade

Mary is a Certified Paterson LifePlan™ and StratOp™ Guide, serving clients since 2016. She has worked with clients from roughly a dozen countries, facilitating LifePlans and StratOps for English and Spanish-speaking clients. Currently, she is studying Portuguese and hopes to soon offer the Paterson Processes of LifePlan™ and StratOp™ to Portuguese-speaking leaders and organizations. Cultural linguistic identity is central to how people express themselves which is why Mary always works to insure clients feel safe, heard, and understood.

Mary has worked with a variety of start-ups and scale-ups in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces. Working in such diverse contexts across different countries, cultures, and industries has taught her agility, making her quick to adapt to the context of her clients. In all her work, from counter-human trafficking efforts to serving C-suite executives to holistic community development, her focus has always been on serving leaders and organizations that are making the world a more just, safe, and inclusive place. A passion for justice and inclusion is what drove Mary to get certified as a LifePlan™ and StratOp™ Guide, with the vision of bringing these processes to the Spanish-speaking world.

Before moving to Seattle in the winter of 2022, Mary and her husband spent 5 years living in Mexico City. Mexico will always be her second home, and she hopes one day to return. Meanwhile, Seattle is home, at least for now.
